VIDEO INSTALLATION & MUSIC VIDEO

The album DarkSonicTales was created in spring 2021. In a 300-year-old farmhouse near Lucerne, musician and sound artist Rolf Gisler explored his surroundings with field recordings, modular synthesizers, guitar, bass, kalimbas, a singing saw and self-made instruments. His compositions reflect his emotional state and reflection processes during the lockdown. 

The record christening took place at the place of creation: A walk through the forest with wireless headphones, accompanied by installations and performance. The installative music video to the song «Spring Feelings» was created for this setting and translates the feelings of being overwhelmed and losing control into a visual experience.
